Sharon Keys Seal is an executive coach and facilitator whose

next level while integrating their values and vision. Ms. Seal

which is the foundation for her work in executive coaching,
organizational assessment, team building, and leadership
development. A combination of excellent interpersonal skills and insightful
understanding of workplace challenges enables Ms. Seal to work
with professionals in a wide variety of industries. Her client
base includes corporate executives, small business owners,
scientists, managers, consultants, and executive directors of
non-profits. In addition to her coaching practice, Ms. Seal is a
professionally trained facilitator, skilled at guiding group
processes in meetings and retreats. She is noted for her
energetic and insightful approach in seminars and workshops on a
variety of topics, custom designed to give a new perspective and
focus to those in the workplace. Ms. Seal’s background includes management positions in both the
corporate and non-profit arenas. She was Director of Operations
for Grace Fellowship Church, where she was responsible for
budget decisions, managed a 52,000 square-foot facility, and
directed the personnel functions for a staff of 24 people. She
acquired additional small business experience during her tenure
as Business Manager for an advertising and public relations
agency and on the marketing team of a management consulting
firm. Ms. Seal was also a successful real estate agent who, in
her first full year in the industry, was top salesperson in her
office of over sixty agents. As founder and host for three years of the Maryland Chapter of
the International Coach Federation, Ms. Seal works to promote
the professional community of coaches in Maryland. Ms. Seal has
served as a contributing expert columnist for Entrepreneur
Magazine's on-line publication Entrepreneur.com, and wrote a
monthly business column for the Baltimore publication The
Urbanite Magazine for over five years. She is a member and
former president of Resource Link; is a member and former Club
President of Toastmasters; is Co-Chair of The B'MORE Fund; and
serves on the Johns Hopkins Breast Cancer Survivor Volunteer
