Gina Resch is an HR Business Partner with MKS&H People. As a
senior professional in human resources, Gina provides on-site HR
management and HR consulting services to clients. She works
closely with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations on
issues related to workforce strategy, recruiting and retention,
training and development and HR risk management. Gina has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human
resources and business management, including more than 10 years
of experience in federal contract security and configuration
management. She has developed skills in compensation,
recruitment, on-boarding, HR compliance, employee relations,
EEO/affirmative action, performance coaching and management. A
skilled trainer, Gina holds certifications in interview and
selection techniques, as well as supervisor-employee
interaction. Gina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from
the University of Baltimore. She is actively involved with the
Chesapeake Human Resources Association, Society for Human
Resources Management and the Hunt Valley Business Forum. In
addition to her successful career in HR management, Gina founded
and operated an equestrian products company from 2004 – 2006. |
