Margaret Wilson is a principal with Tandem Partners, a business
she founded in 2000 under the auspices of the regional business
consulting firm, McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond. Margaret and
the professionals at Tandem Partners utilize a combination of
business strategy, organizational dynamics, behavioral science
and business management to help leaders manage change and
enhance corporate performance. Margaret focuses her consulting work in helping family-owned and
owner-managed businesses address challenges such as ownership
and management transitions, family and business partner
relationships, organization development, strategic planning,
communication and conflict management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Towson
University and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science
from The Johns Hopkins University. Margaret received the
Certificate in Family Business Advising from The Family Firm
Institute and is a graduate of Leadership-Baltimore County.
Active in her profession and the business community, Margaret is
a member of the Organization Development Network, the Family
Firm Institute and the Greater Washington D.C. Family Business
Alliance and serves on the executive board of the University of
Baltimore Entrepreneurial Opportunity Center. |
