Gary works with clients on customized strategies in executive, career and personal development…with a focus on maximizing results. With executive and business clients, Gary utilizes his more than 25 years as a senior executive and his training as a professional coach to offer a multi-faceted approach, utilizing the best practices in coaching and executive management. The targeted result is for clients to successfully meet their business, organizational and personal objectives. Gary works with corporate clients on international expansion and adapting to the nuances of conducting business in foreign markets.
Gary has held several senior management positions in his successful 30-year corporate career. He has worked in several disciplines, including international business, international supply chain management, product development, international marketing and sales. Gary has served as Executive Vice President of Nuway Distributors, President of Majestic Tool Corporation, President and COO of Bestway Dealer Warehouse, and Executive Vice President of West Chester Holdings, Inc.
Gary has also served on corporate advisory boards and on the Board of Trustees for a non-profit organization. Gary is currently a faculty member for the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He teaches Introduction to Business, International Business, International Supply Chain Management, Global Marketing and Business Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility. He has also served as adjunct faculty for the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University. Gary is a 2009 winner of the distinguished Krowe Excellence in Teaching Award at the Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Gary has his B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Regis University. He has also received an Advanced M.B.A. Certification from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Gary received his training from the International Coach Academy, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is also an active member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). |
